MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – September 25, 2017 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr. and Steven DellaGiustina
Also Present: Jon Lynes, Friends of Dance New England
Jon Lynes met with the board to discuss Timber Trails using the Transfer Station for recyclables. Jon stated that there will only be 1 event between now and the spring, a private Halloween party. The Selectboard will discuss the use in March and in the meantime allow Timber Trails to dump their recyclables for a fee of $65.00 valid through December 31.
The Board of Selectmen accepted the resignation of Ralph Ledger from the Finance Committee.
Selectboard will discuss with Ed the generator that is to be installed at the Town Hall. A quote was submitted from Andress Electric in the amount of $7,758.69 plus $375/year for service. A LPG price from Stateline of $2,223.18.
Eric asked where the board stood with hiring a “part time” employee. Steve suggested that the board sit down with department heads to get a list of jobs/requirements together.
Eric asked about “file retention”.
